The origins of the game are not that different from those of another well known occidental VN - 'Katawa Shoujo', i.e. and it's one of the best Western VNs I have ever played. 'Unteralterbach' is a political and social satire, it's also the game where you fuck children. Hell, that's something I haven't played before.
